Kindergarten Curriculum
A young child's familiar request! Formerly titled Training Wheels, this program
will engage your child's attention with familiar Bible stories and use correlated
activities to develop skills that will prepare your child for more formal
academics. It emphasizes hands-on interaction between parent and child. This
style of teaching creates a firm foundation on which children can build basic
skills at their own rate. Nondenominational, it offers 38 units (weeks) of
study, chronologically arranged. Basic scope and sequence requirements for
kindergarten are met. The format is designed to utilize approximately two
hours per day, and will cover Bible/character, language, math, social studies,
science/health, music/art, and physical education. Since the teacher manual
is contained in a 3-ring binder, the reproducible pages in the appendix are
easy to use. Offered in a variety of packages so that you can choose the one
which best meets your needs.
